- Rush Fees: Additional fees paid for expedited service (unless we fail to meet the expedited deadline)
- Revision Exhaustion: You have used all included revisions and request additional changes

- Beyond Reasonable Requests: You request work beyond the original agreed scope
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund

- Refunds prorated based on unused portion of subscription period
- Cancellation must be requested before next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Services remain accessible until end of current billing period
8.4 Rush/Expedited Services
- Rush fees refunded if we fail to meet expedited deadline
- Rush fees non-refundable if deadline is met
- Rush fees non-refundable if delay is caused by client
